Delivery process is confusing. My package was out for Delivery at 10:45 A.M. but did not get to my house until almost 7 P.M. after covering a distance of 15 miles. This vendor utilizes a company called Zink, which I had never heard of. It is not a Delivery company but instead coordinates multiple delivery companies. There is no option to actually track progress of delivery because the tracking number is for Zinc. My package was delivered by Amazon prime (without the Delivery photo)
