Unfortunately this printer arrived damaged and broken/ non working, due to USPS abuse of the package. Def wasn’t packed very well or any precautions taken by seller to help keep this heavy, large package safe. BUT they immediately refunded my money and didn’t require return of the item. So, that’s why I’m still giving them a positive feedback, because of how they handled the situation and good communication. Sucks not to get to use printer tho, really needed it and great deal on like new unit.

Excellent seller, fast shipping and the packaging was great. The item was as described. The only thing that would have been great if both items could have been shipped together with a break on shipping costs. Still was a great deal.
