Amazing communication is quick, and productive, was shipped right away but somehow it didn't arrive quickly, after not receiving, the seller gave a refund, shoes finally arrived I contacted seller and discussed an odd fraying upon arrival, after trimming w/each usage was a continual issue with the shoes (I actually own the same shoes which I love, so happy so I ordered these) I sent a photo to show fraying around the top of the show and seller was happy they showed up and I that I had the refund

These were minimally packed but arrived in good shape. They were as described and the price was good. Unfortunately, the shoes are uncomfortable, so I won't be wearing them unless they somehow feel better over time.
