Item description was fine, communication was fine, shipping was a disaster. Seller advertises shipping within 5 days, that’s too long to begin with but besides that it took 7 days before post office had the package. PO was a disaster but that’s not sellers fault. I’ll admit I’m not the most patient person but taking a week to drop off something in the mail is absurd. I’ve had orders from china reach me faster. Not completely sellers fault but taking a week to mail didn’t help.
I liked the pen, but it only comes with the box. The quality is average, though I believe it is one of the VIP client gifts from the boutique, and the price is reasonable. Communication speed was excellent, and shipping took a long time, but I’m not sure about the reason for the delay — perhaps because it was international shipping.
