There are a few scuff marks on both the exterior and insole of the left shoe, and some light scratches on the mirrored section near the heel. Bottom soles are in excellent condition. I ordered these cups for one of my sons. I videoed excited to get to see him opening, however, we were both disappointed to see every single glass was broken. Nowhere on the box was the word “FRAGILE “ written. It was clear the seller didn’t package anything broken, rather, they must have broken once out of their possession in transportation process. International Shipping price @US$22.71 was excessive & expensive even with Combined shipping with other 12" doll items. Seller needs to address this problem.
