The seller was reasonable to negotiate with and prompt in correspondence. The item was mailed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I can't rate the item itself because although USPS says they delivered the package (the tracking says it was left on the porch), I only discovered today on Christmas morning that my son never got it because after he'd opened all his packages, this item wasn't amongst them. Must have been snatched off his porch. But not the seller's fault.
It arrived with the worst packaging I’ve ever seen. It was shipped new and arrived in a literal plastic bag with no protective bubble wrap or anything so naturally it was ultra crushed and ruined. I shipped it back for a full refund thus I am leaving positive feedback but still mega disappointed in the sellers shipping practices.
It was exactly as pictured. The condition of it being “new” definitely didn’t mean the box but “like new” is just as good for me! At least the pictures were true to product! Thank you so much!!!
