The necklace was exactly as advertised. I thought the price was very fair for a James Avery chain...( in fact, I was offered a discount.) The delicate necklace was packed very securely, and it arrived in a timely manner. I wish I never had to pay shipping, but I understand the need. This seller seemed to charge only what was necessary.
