1993 Hess Police Car *Shipping was quick *Outside shipping box poorly taped. Gaps between tap & box. * Shipping was $20.80, much more than other sellers so I expected better. *The Hess Police Car box was in much worse condition than the pictures showed. I believe the pictures posted did not show all of the flaws. *I intended this as a Christmas gift, but I cannot give this. I have ordered another. I will eat the cost of this purchase, and donate it. First Ebay purchase that was not 100%.
