I knocked off a star because I sent an eBay message to the seller requesting that they indicate to the shipper that the package is to be delivered to the back door of the home and I also asked the seller to mark the package as "Deliver to Back Door". This was not done. Package was delivered to my front door. My neighborhood has porch pirates. Package cannot be seen at back door.
