The reason why I'm giving this a neutral rating is because the pin was put in a regular envelope with no protection for shipping. When I received the envelope, it was ripped and the pinpoints with the rubber backers were sticking out of the envelope. I'm surprised the pin was actually still in the envelope. Plus, shipping costs were $4.85 but the envelope has only 2 forever stamps.
