  1. The seller tried to ship the Blu-ray with ample protection but it still arrived with it's case heavily damaged. I updated the seller with photos attached & the seller suggested that I contact the courier directly outside of the eBay messaging service for this. I've never experienced this here on eBay before. Instead of going through this hassle/stress, I decided to keep my peace & just buy a case myself & fork out another additional expense on top of the NZD $59.65 I already paid for this order.

  2. Outstanding movie! USPS dropped the ball on delivery then asked me to pay a second S&H fee for forwarding my order after moving out of state. Seller is outstanding, USPS must have forgot how to forward and since when do we pay an extra fee for forwarding? Again, seller is top tier, I just do not get why USPS was sub par.
