These are made of a very soft stretch 48% cotton 45% Lylocell, 5% elasterell and 2% elastane. They have a 9 1/2 inch rise. The waist is 29 and stretches to about 31 with a little bit more stretch. The inseam is 28 1/2 inches and the leg opening, which fits at the ankle, is 5 inches and can stretch almost another inch. These are new without tags never worn, hanging in my closet. No flaws, great quality jeans.
