During certain conditions, this was can be brought to the surface giving the boots a white, cloudy look known as "blooming". It does this to protect the rubber from drying out. This is a natural characteristic of the boot, not a defect, and can be wiped off with a damp cloth. We do recommend choosing Standard or Expedited at checkout if you need your item faster
I love the boots. However, I noticed that the soles of the boots looked like they have been worn and the tags were ripped off the boot. I’m not even sure if these are brand new. The picture and the actual boot look different. It too much of a haste to send back and buy another pair elsewhere.
