So as a rabid collector of these planes (ive got 14 of this type in 4 different sizes) I was thrilled to get one with the original base and at such a great price and anxiously awaited it being delivered. When it arrived I opened the package and was a little bummed the the base hadn't been detached for shipping and the last inch of the base had broken off attached to plane (not the first time this has happened to me) but can't blame seller much for that as I always ask for planes to be seperated
