Prompt in responses & also sending the refund. I saw other feedback stating rudeness on the seller's part, but my experience was a pleasant one. Seller stated my item came from a batch of items, but that info was not part of original description so I was expecting exact item pictured. I suggested including that in future.

Everything was in perfect condition except it was described in the title said it was with tags and I didn’t see tags on the item, however I didn’t/don’t care as much about the tags as getting the item in a good condition, which the item was in!
