The quality, condition, and appearance is as stated in the listing, NEW!. I do not know how you got a hold of this, but this is GREAT! I have one that I bought in 2007 and still works. There was an issue with some components missing but seller responded quickly, was very apologetic and was willing to work with me to get the issue resolved. Shipping was quick. Packaging could have been better. The board game was placed in a box too big without sufficient cushion so it arrived slightly damaged. Everything else though was as pictured and described and was a great deal. Thanks!
