Shipping was pretty fast. Packaging was good so the candle weren't dented. The candles match the ones I bought in Germany in the 1990s and are a described. I thought the shipping cost was very pricey. The candles were a good value rather than sending to Germany for more. Compared to other sellers, these were a bargain.
Stellar and upstanding dealer!! I advised that the item had a defect and was not as described and asked for a partial refund. Next thing I know is received a notification of a total refund!! Highly recommend someone do honest!
