Sleeve length from top seam = 21 inches. Sleeve length from underneath (inseam) = 16.5 inches. With front snap closed on collar - the width across shoulder seam to seam 21 inches. Sleeves have extra fabric like vents/pockets midway so arms have extra room, see last picture Sleeve openings wrist: snapped closed laying flat + 5.5" so ~ 11 inch circumference.
