The purchase of my JBL multimedia speakers from this seller was a very positive experience. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged and exactly as described. Package arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule, which was nice. Merchandise was purchased as "open box" as described. All parts were included except instruction manual, which was easily remedied by downloading instructions online. Thanks for making this keypad entry lock available.
