Unfortunately, they were taller than expected (17" shaft, which hit me over-the-knee on my 5'2" frame), so they didn’t work for me. It would be helpful if future listings included the shaft height for reference. That said, the return process was seamless—easy label printing, no return shipping cost, and a very fast refund.
