I ordered this by mistake, I did not realize it was used, and I certainly didnt want to give a used thing as a gift. The seller said it said used in the description, as well as he was on vacation and there would be delayed shipment etc, I requested a cancellation, and the seller did give me a refund, although I do believe he didnt need to be rude because I did not see "used" AS I told him Im human, I make mistakes. In the end I am satisfied with outcome
