KLM Porcelain Boy Raincoat Umbrella Blue 10". Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This figurine is in excellent condition! There are no chips or cracks. He stand approximately 10" tall. Under his raincoat on the right side, there is a fleck of paint that got caught under the glaze. It does not affect the quality of the piece. He has a very expressive face. His cheeks and lips remind me of Goebel Hummel figurines. I do not know the time period of the creation of this item. It may be vintage.
