The nameplate is loose and will be included with the jersey. There is an outline of a previous shorter nameplate that was on the jersey and research indicates that the jersey was assigned to Kicker Adam Wulfeck for the 2002 NFL season. The jersey was then recycled for use by Noel Prefontaine for the 2003 NFL season. Authenticity • Includes a Letter of Authenticity from World Hockey Jerseys Canada. • All construction details supports authentic NFL and Kansas City Chiefs game issue jersey. The jersey was issued to Adam Wulfeck for the 2002 NFL season. Adam would be released by the Chiefs in July 2002 without any NFL game action. The nameplate was removed by the Chiefs and the jersey was recycled for the 2003 NFL season for use by Noel Prefiontaine. Noel was released in June 2003 and did not see any NFL game action. The nameplate was again removed by the team and sold off with a number of other Chiefs game worn jerseys of this era.
