The order process was easy, and it appeared that my purchase was shipped out the next day. As per usual with USPS, the arrival was a couple days later than expected. The packaage was slightly banged up but with large amount of bubble wrap the plate was safe and secure. The plate was as discribed, the gold edging was a bit more worn than I had hoped but all in all this plate is a good replacement for the one I had broken that was very sentemental to me. Thank you.
