The pattern is on a sheer layer over a solid cotton layer, dress is fully lined with acetate with back zipper closure. New With Tags - There are some small gaps in the outer fabric pattern, shown in photos, not holes just spots where the colored thread is missing. No other flaws that I can find. Very impressed. The value, I am so so, the item is a simple basic blazer with mismatch stitching, and had no lining or shoulder pad, which is the typical for blazer structures. Seller should had consider a better pricing for this item. The purchase was considered optimal.
