I ordered a special edition 6-cup Moka pot by a famous Italian brand. Many of this brand's products are no longer made in Italy, but this one is. It was described as an un-used open-box item. The price was very reasonable & the item shipped out quickly and arrived well packaged & ahead of the promised time. The Moka pot is of high quality & in brand spanking new condition. This package ended up lost/stolen in the mail, but the seller was VERY responsive and did their best to help. They were friendly and courteous throughout the process. I would buy from them again because they shipped the puzzle promptly and it was not their fault that the USPS made an error and my package was claimed by someone else who didn't return it.
I purchased a microscope which was priced very reasonably and arrived quickly. It is in the condition described and was packaged very well, which was important as this is an awkwardly shaped and very fragile microscope. Great seller!
