The communication from the seller was proactive and good as soon as i purchased the item. Rare, and very nice. The packaging came apart in transit and I pulled out the two pieces of packaging first. The brushes had fallen out to the bottom of the bag and one had some damage to the bristles. This was sent from Amazon through an apparent mistake. Very shortly after my initial review, they contacted me and went out of there way to make it right. Would definitely buy from again!
