This item arrived on time just as described. Unlike other shoes I purchase in the past, the box was wrapped in plastic (to ward away rain) which I appreciated. The boots did not have an off putting smell. Unfortunately They did not fit. I should have done my research on this particular boot. It turns out it runs 0.5 size smaller for most people. I had to return them which was a smooth process. Will definitely buy again from this seller.
Item arrived nice in appearance as advertised. Quality item in fair condition as described, and was a good value. My only complaint was not knowing the Thursday Boots sole inserts were missing and replaced. I simply wish this had been communicated and / or pictures would have been provided, but it is on me for assuming. Either way, I'm still satisfied and appreciate the quick and seamless transaction.
