The item arrive unblemished, in completely secure packaging and was completely as described. I did have an issue with the game itself and I messaged the seller and within minutes they responded with possible solutions and offered to return the item if we couldn't get the game to function properly. Their solutions worked perfectly and item was able to continue gaming with no issues less than 20 minutes after I initially messaged the seller. 10/10 customer service. Will buy from them again!!!
Advertised NEW in box per the pictures and product description. New means unaltered from the manufacturer. The description does not state how they ship this product. The seller shipped boxed items in a bag, honestly laughable. The figures arrived wrapped but outside the box. If I was a box collector this would be an issue. I won’t give a negative rating because I don’t really care about the box. This is just for awareness for anyone else who is looking to buy these through this seller. 🖕

This one was also the wrong game so he found out what the issue was, send the third one along with a free game for my trouble. Finally got the right game.
