The initial ornament arrived broken even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I contacted the seller who offered me options of a refund, or a discount if I wanted a replacement. I told them they didn't have to give me a discount, but was appreciative of thr offer. They sent our a second ornament that arrived in perfect condition. Definitely a very positive experience with the seller!!
