Sent a return label and once received, refunded my money. This seller stepped professionally and very quickly to fix the issue.   3. The package arrived without a box but neatly and tightly wrapped that it did not warp the shoes at all. The shoes were gently worn, but in excellent condition as described by the seller. As a matter of fact they were better than new as there was no breaking in period needed. I will continue to monitor this seller for more shoes in this category as I like this model and if new from the large retailers they tend to be expensive.
