Arrived in a timely manor. Well packed. As described. My only problem was there were absolutely no instructions in the package. No installation or operating directions. Luckily, there were a couple of installation videos on Youtube. Those actually showed unpacking an instruction booklet. I muddled through and installed the fan in a canopy I leave up in my patio birdcage.
Arrived in pristine clean condition, packed to the highest standards, shipping was fast, items were as pictured and described. Price was more than fair. Seller efforts are exceptionally professional ... I would buy from this seller again. 5 Stars Bill
