All of my items come from a non-smoking home. Some items may need to be pressed or streamed before wearing them as they may arrive wrinkled from shipping. It is also advised that you launder or clean clothing before wearing as most of my clothing comes from department stores and their distribution centers. CAN I GET MEASUREMENTS FOR THIS ITEM? I am unable to give you item specific measurements on most items. If you need to know what size you are, you will need to find a size chart online and compare your measurements to it. With only a few exceptions, when purchasing items online from department stores and specialty shops, specific item measurements are rarely given so please don't get upset when I am unable to provide them. You have to remember that I am offering these same items at approximately half or more off the retail price and it just is not cost efficient to measure each and every item I sell. The description of the item was correct, however the size was incorrect in the post vs the item I received. I am still giving a high rating in that area though. When I reached out regarding the issue, the seller had a plausible explanation and offered multiple avenues to correct the problem. Ultimately, I kept the item I purchased and was offered a very fair, partial refund. Excellent communication from the seller and fair adjustments to final price. Would purchase from this seller again.
