  1. Original item was lost in transit, so waited longer but the seller provided a replacement. The product is meh: it doesn't have the same sharp 'click' as the original when changing out the head. The shave is also not 100% smooth. With the old one, a couple passes and I can feel my skin when rubbing my face. With the replacement, no matter how many passes, there is still stubble, like the blades themselves are slightly further back from the mesh, thus leaving some hair length - enough to feel it.
