This is a beautiful, gently used dress by London Times in size 4. The pleated, cream satin top portion of this empire waist dress has a black pleated "skirt" portion. Extremely flattering and forgiving when on, this dress is as comfortable as it is pretty! There is a pen mark on the backside, please see photo.
