The watch itself is beautiful and looks like the photo. The package it was shipped in was a soft envelope and it looks like the product box got slightly more dented due to that. Hard product boxes should be shipped in another hard box to protect edges and flat surfaces from denting, crushing, etc. Shipping was done in a timely manner. Over a good value for this item.
