I am guessing at the size comparing it to measurements from other Lulu swim tops of the exact same style. This top does have some red discoloration on the band. It is very hard to see in the pictures and not really noticeable in person. In the pictures my finger is pointing at the beginning of the discoloration and it goes to the blue strap.
