I want to commend this seller for outstanding customer support. I ordered a Boy Scout rain jacket to give to a needy kid, and it arrived within just a few days of buying it. But unfortunately I discovered that the zipper was broken and the jacket was torn. As a rainjacket it was not usable, but I do not believe the seller was aware of that as the damage was easy to miss. I pointed it out and the seller issued me a full refund. Consequently, I give this seller my highest recommendation!

Item arrived well packaged but not as described. The description and the photo were of two different items. When I asked seller to clarify, he ignored me. I bought the item based on the photo and that was the item that was sent. The seller is a terrible communicator. I'm not sure I would do business with seller again, maybe if the description and photo agreed with each other...
