This coat is the most gorgeous item in my closet. It is beautiful, perfect, better than described, shipped carefully and quickly. The most delightful aspect of my purchase was the attention given to me by the seller; multiple emails to be certain the cost was exactly what I wanted and would fit me, even going as far as having an employee with my measurements try on the coat and send me pictures !! Coat arrived in good shape and as described,but smelled of tobacco. I contacted the seller and they offered for me to return the coat and they would apply an Ozone treatment to remove the odor, but the cost for shipping would make it too expensive, so the kindly refunded me $40 so I could apply it to local furrier for cleaning. I really appreciate the customer service, very prompt and accommodating. Will purchase from this seller again.
