First, item was perfect/as described. My only issue is that I ordered on 9/8 and item was not shipped and I received no communication from the seller until I reached out on 9/20. Item was finally shipped on 9/27. I would not have had an issue with the delayed shipping if the seller had let me know, but the lack of communication was disappointing.
