I bought a 1:24 Sherp toy from the seller for a Christmas gift. The toy was as expected and shipped immediately, but what stands out is the diligence and communication from the seller. I have never dealt with more proactive and professional seller on this platform. The seller treated my simple toy purchase and its shipment like it was a high value item. I forgot good small business vendors like this one still existed. I highly recommend this seller.
Much to my surprise the item was shipped from Amazon, it was not in the possession of the seller. It was also shipped to an incorrect address. I was lucky enough to be able to pick it up from the incorrect address. I'm very happy with the item, but I'm not happy with the fact it came from Amazon. There was no indication in the listing that it would not be coming directly from the seller. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this seller.
Seller wrote back to me promptly attaching photo of delivery. Unfortunately, the item was placed on a rear elevated deck and strong winds have apparently blown it away. I have walked around the entire area for a considerable distance and could not locate the brown box shown in the photo. Therefore seller did make delivery but I did not receive the item,
