This is a used item, it arrived without a box, even though the listing did not mention that, however, it was considerably less expensive than the other options whether used or new, so the value is still good. The packaging was good with the ornament wrapped in packing paper carefully folded around the ornament. Ideally is could have been placed in a bubble pocket that would have protected it better. Shipping was great, came in a few days earlier than expected and packaging was fine. The pictures and description did not mention a broken handle so that was disappointing, however, the seller resolved this issue by offering a partial refund.
