Excellent Seller; the hat I ordered was beautiful. The cost was very reasonable. Shipping was quick. I would buy from them again. NOTE: seller CLEARLY puts on the original post that they ship Reducer Tape with hats upon request. Request it when you order. This hat was made larger than specs. WAS IN NO WAY THE SELLERS FAULT, it was the manufacturer. Seller shipped based on label. Seller was willing to do a return,but I missed the chance to get the Reducer Tape. I still like the hat & kept it.
Very positive buying experience. Hat arrived exactly as described and displayed. Hat arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately the hat was too large and I had to return it. Some sellers punish their customer when they need to do a return by not providing a refund for weeks, sometimes months after they receive the product back. This seller refunded me the same day they received the hat back from me. Good seller!
