Jacket was as described, clean, well packaged. I ordered the wrong size and went to return, but there was a mixup. I received the item quickly and it was exactly as described. Sadly, it did not work for me. I started the return process and received a response from the seller the same day. I sent the item back the next day and received update that package is already in route back to sender. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future.
The coat is certainly not in excellent condition, but totally doable in wet weather. At a cost of $23.00, I have nothing to complain about. Shipping was very quick and the item was securely packaged. I only mentioned the items condition so that the Seller can be more accurate in his/her descriptions in the future.
