Boots appear to be of good quality for the price.They were new and looked fine. My problem with them was I need a wide fit. I have bought this brand with wide fit before and a different model boot that fit perfect. However, this model seems to have a tighter fit than a wide boot should have. It seems to be a common problem with wide size China footwear.
