Shoes were new and unused, just like the pictures. Seller communicated extremely well and quickly. Shipping was priced very fairly and the bonus is that it arrived before the estimated delivery date! Packaging was neat and protected the manufacturers original box (perfect, as this was purchased as a gift). Order came in promptly and was in good condition. Packaging was appropriate and cost reasonable. However, the seller did not accurately describe the size of the product. On the product page, it was listed as a “youth small,” however the jersey that arrived was actually appears to be a women’s or adult small. Thankfully I have another child that can use this shirt, but would’ve been better if the listing had been correct.
