Received the item pretty timely. The China shipping company and tracking number said it was returned to shipper. However I contacted the seller and was pro idea with the usps tracking number. So this was a bit confusing. But, rhe seller was responsive and all was good. For the price it's good stuff. However if you're expecting heavy leather or even the smell of leather these aren't it. The "leather" is very thin. Feels more like a pleather material, honestly. Over all, I'm pleased with them.
My package was lost in the mail, which was no fault of the seller (and is a risk I was aware of purchasing an item from overseas). But the seller was quick to respond to the tracking inquiries and offered a refund immediately once they found out it was lost. Great customer service.
These are even cuter in person. True to cut as well. Definitely worth the price on these. Definitely will return to shop. Seller answered all my questions about these boots. 11 out of 10. Great condition brand new and packaged well for traveling. Good quality product.
