I received the item yesterday, in perfect quality "like-new" condition, as advertised. The box was tightly wrapped in shipping plastic, to protect it during shipping. It was very "professionally" wrapped. The shipping was VERY fast, & through UPS, vs USPS. I contacted Stephen with a question, to which I received a very prompt & polite reply. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel this one is necessary! I was disappointed, originally. The package I received, was not what I ordered. The color was wrong. I reached out to the seller. They were very responsive, and quickly worked to solve the issue. They issued me a refund while they checked to see if they had the correct item in stock. They did, so they have reshipped the correct top. By far the BEST customer service that I've come across! *Pic attached is of what I received.*
She shipped this the next day which is common. The PO has been awful and I do not fault the seller whatsoever with the shipping time. Packaging was fine and product as described. Considering it's Xmas Blend with a BB date of July, it's perfect. Thanks so much for getting it right out on your end and getting for lack of a better way to say it, not expired coffee here. Your ad was perfect and it was a great value! I'd buy again for sure!
