The seller has good communication & tried to sort out problems quickly. So I would be happy to deal with them again. Their supplier had sent me the wrong item without any associated paperwork, & did not answer my emails. It was only when my ordered item did not arrive, that I was able to put 1 + 1 together, & the seller was able to sort the problem out. The item is good, Seller excellent, but the whole thing was let down by supplier & their lack of communication / paperwork with parcel.
Handles for our newish kitchen. Arrived ahead of time and were well packaged. I have marked down the item description not because the items were not as described but because the way in which they were described. It appears that it is the norm to used the measurement between the securing holes as the main measurement. So when trying to select a suitable handle for a unit you have the width of the unit, the length of the handle overall and the hole spacing to reference. Agh!!!
