I had reported that I hadn't tecieved the shoes ordered. They fully explained the reasoning & gave me an immediate refund & ALSO let me know that if I receive the shoes to keep them as a gift from them. In all honesty I have a #1/2 in my address which may have caused an issue with delivery nut we but that's speculation.
